Overview:
As an Client Delivery Director, you will be responsible for managing the overall marketing strategy to achieve business goals. Identify key consumer insights, relevant marketing trends, which are translated into short and long-term marketing strategies
Responsibilities:
- Understanding and assessing the client’s marketing needs to design solutions in collaboration with sales and COE teams.
- Exploring and developing new processes and service models, as well as coordinating the execution of these transformational initiatives with COE leaders.
- Managing ad-hoc consulting project plans, timelines, activities, and deliverables.
- Compiling and documenting best practice processes and client deliverables to drive sales enablement support and also internal team learnings and growth
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science,
Mathematics or related field. - Minimum 8 years of experience in Marketing
- Prior experience in management/strategy/marketing consulting firm would be a bonus.
- Experience with designing, developing, and implementing marketing processes.
- Deep understanding of key marketing performance metrics and KPIs.
- Knowledge of B2B digital marketing best practices.
- Self-starter, strong drive, bias for action and result-oriented with the ability to influence others at both peer and leader level.
- History of cross-functional partnership, teamwork and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
- Strong communication skills: Impeccable written and oral communication credentials, and ability to translate data into information and storytelling that influences stakeholders and business strategy.
